This guide covers every step of your experience from planning, the photo shoot, image delivery, payment and T&Cs. Also what’s included in your package and a guide on how your team can prepare.
Phone Chat
- Location – Where the shoot will take place and confirming the available space for Georgie’s mobile studio set-up. If possible the headshots should be taken in a quiet space.
- Headshot style – Choose studio look or recreate an existing style
- Backdrop colour – Light grey or charcoal. You also can change the background at the edit.
- Image format – Square, portrait or landscape
- Start time – Confirm time to begin
- Prep tips Link – Confirm the provided link will be sent to the team to help them prepare for their session
- Other questions you may have
At The Shoot
- Clear a space – Ideally 3m x 3m for the mobile studio set-up
- Set-up time – Georgie needs 30 mins to set up before the first headshot and 30 mins to pack-up after the session
- List of staff – this is ideal but not compulsory
- Duration – 12-30 mins per person
- Georgie’s got you – Her focus is on capturing great shots of your team and spending more time with people who are camera shy
- Direction – She will guide your team with the correct poses throughout
What’s Next
- Invoice – Sent immediately after the shoot for the remaining balance
- Gallery delivery – within 48 hours after final payment
- Shortlist – Once your team have picked their favourite headshot from their own proof gallery, confirm with Georgie
- Extra images – 1 x retouched headshot per person is included with extras charged at $70 each
- Final delivery – Sent via secure gallery link within 48 hours of confirming the shortlist

T&Cs – Key Takeaways
Bad Weather
If your photo shoot is outside using the natural light. Georgie will be in touch on the day of your shoot and let you know if poor weather requires rescheduling due to unsuitable lighting at no extra charge.
Reschedule
Free rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.
But a $25% fee on the total session fee applies if:
- You reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot or
- You’ve already rescheduled more than twice.
If you request a reschedule but don’t confirm a new date within 7 days – the booking will be treated as cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply instead
Cancellation
- 7+ days before the shoot: Photographer keeps the 25% booking fee.
- Between 24 hours and 7 days before: Photographer receives 50% of the full payment.
- Less than 24 hours before: Photographer receives 100% of the full payment.
