Booking with Georgie Greene Photography is easy:

1. Visit Company Headshots orIndividual Headshots and choose your package
2. Book your preferred booking time and date
3. Add your name, email and phone number
4. Pay the 25% deposit
5. Select your payment method: Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Direct Bank Transfer.
6. Receive a confirmation email with your session details.

Georgie does not have a studio but she offers the convenience of visiting your office, home, or preferred location.

Most people aren’t used to being photographed, so Georgie keeps sessions realistic in length — to help clients stay fresh and look their best.

Individual headshots take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the package.

For company headshots, allow approximately 15-20 minutes per person.

Personal branding and dating photography sessions run from 1 to 2 hours.

Depending on what Individual Headshots Package you choose:

• Express – 2 x images
• Pro – 3 x images
• Star  – 4 x  images

All images are retouched

For Company Headshots there is minimum of 1 x retouched image per person.

All digital images are delivered via a secure link, ready for  your website, social media, or marketing materials.

Your images are delivered via an online photo gallery link.

Where you can review your headshots and highlight your favourites to be retouched.

With Company headshots, each team member will receive a link to their own gallery to review their images.

Your headshots are ready to review via an online gallery link, the next business day after the photoshoot.

(Georgie provides a same-day headshot service at an additional 25% fee)

Once you have made your favourite image choices, the final retouched high-res headshots will be delivered via a secure link within 24-48 hours.

Rescheduling Policy

It’s easy to reschedule your photo session with a min of 48-hours notice.  However, a $250 rescheduling fee applies if you want to change the booking within 48 hours of the photo shoot or you have already rescheduled more than twice.

Cancellation Policy

The 25% booking fee is kept by the photographer if the client cancels seven days before the photo shoot.

The photographer will be entitled to 50% of the full payment if the client cancels within 7 days but 24 hours before the photo shoot.

The photographer will be entitled to 100% of the full payment if the client cancels 24 hours before the photo shoot.

Being the copyright owner, Georgie Greene keeps the right to use photos as samples on her website or for marketing purpose while keeping complete anonymity of her clients unless approval has been given.  However, if a client does not their images used, Georgie fully respects their privacy and will not use their images as per the client’s request.
