What To Expect At A Personal Branding Photo Shoot

This guide covers every step of your personal branding experience from planning, the photo shoot, image delivery, payment and T&Cs. Also what’s included in your package and a guide on how you can prepare.

Georgie will call to arrange an in-person planning meeting (recce) date and time but she will initially ask you the following:
- Your business/profession – An overview
- Branding goals – What you want to achieve
- Image usage – where you want to use the photos
- Other questions you may have
Recce
Georgie will arrive at your location and together you plan the following for your photo shoot:
- Location
- Start time
- Shot list
- Brand Colours
- Props
- What to wear
- Hair and makeup
- Prep tips
- Other questions you may have
At The Shoot
- Be ready to go when Georgie arrives
- Duration – 60–120 mins (depending on the package) All bookings also include 30 mins to set-up and 30 mins to pack-up.
- Time limit – Georgie has other bookings, so sessions can’t run over. Extra time will be charged at $150 per 30 mins.
- Georgie’s got you – Her focus is on capturing great shots of you
- Direction – She will guide your poses throughout
What’s Next
- Invoice – Sent immediately after the shoot for the remaining balance
- Gallery delivery – within 48 hours after final payment
- Shortlist – Pick your favourites and confirm with Georgie
- Extra images – Any beyond the package number are $70 each
- Final delivery – Sent via secure gallery link within 48 hours after confirming your shortlist

Bad Weather
If your photo shoot is outside using the natural light. Georgie will be in touch on the day of your shoot and let you know if poor weather requires rescheduling due to unsuitable lighting at no extra charge.
Reschedule
Free rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.
But a $25% fee on the total session fee applies if:
- You reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot or
- You’ve already rescheduled more than twice.
If you request a reschedule but don’t confirm a new date within 7 days – the booking will be treated as cancelled an and the cancellation policy will apply instead
Cancellation
- 7+ days before the shoot: Photographer keeps the 25% booking fee.
- Between 24 hours and 7 days before: Photographer receives 50% of the full payment.
- Less than 24 hours before: Photographer receives 100% of the full payment.
