Phone Chat

At The Shoot
- Getting started – A quick chat to break the ice and feeling a little nervous is totally normal
- Georgie’s got you – Her focus is on capturing great shots of you
- Duration – 45–90 mins – depending on your package
- Lots of shots – Georgie shoots plenty to capture a variety for you to choose from
- Outfit changes – You’ll be able to switch outfits throughout
After The Shoot
- Invoice – Sent immediately after the shoot for the remaining balance
- Proof Gallery delivery – within 48 hours after final payment
- Shortlist – Pick your final images (number stated in purchased package) from your proof gallery and confirm with Georgie
- Extra images – Any beyond the package number are $50 each or view package options
- Image delivery – Sent via secure gallery link within 48 hours after confirming your final images

Preparation Advice For Your Photo Shoot

Key Terms And Conditions
Bad Weather
Georgie will be in touch on the day of your shoot and let you know if poor weather requires rescheduling due to unsuitable lighting at no extra charge.
Reschedule
Free rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.
But a $25% fee on the total session fee applies if:
- You reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot or
- You’ve already rescheduled more than twice.
If you request a reschedule but don’t confirm a new date within 7 days – the booking will be treated as cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply instead
Cancellation
- 7+ days before the shoot: Photographer keeps the 25% booking fee.
- Between 24 hours and 7 days before: Photographer receives 50% of the full payment.
- Less than 24 hours before: Photographer receives 100% of the full payment.
Image Usage
Prices include the agreed number of professionally finished images and reflect the relevant rights usage
- Promotional Rights Usage
- The Proof Gallery is for choosing your final images and is not included in the package price
