Your Personal Branding Experience
Initial Consultation
Georgie starts with a relaxed chat to learn about you, your business, and branding goals. Whether you’re refreshing a website or starting with a mood board, this helps shape the shoot’s creative direction. She’ll also ask where the images will be used to ensure they’re perfectly tailored to your needs.
Planning
Together, we plan key “hero” shots that authentically reflect your brand.
Take Tara, a wedding celebrant. She wanted a fun, young, and fresh vibe for her website and social media. With a few shot ideas—signing the register, officiating, headshots, and a confetti moment—we used local spots: her backyard, a nearby park, and the beach. Tara wore colourful dresses and brought a few simple props. Friends played the bride and groom, making the shoot feel natural and authentic.
The final images highlighted Tara in action, with soft backgrounds keeping the focus on her.
The Photo Shoot
Georgie keeps the shoot relaxed and fun, guiding you with natural, flattering poses and encouraging genuine expression. It’s a collaborative process—she’ll share images as you go to ensure you’re happy. You’ll get all the planned shots plus extra moments, giving you plenty of variety to choose from.

Marriage Celebrant
Tara was launching her own Marriage Celebrant business and needed images for her website. We carefully planned the shots in advance, ensuring she had the right props and a selection of colourful dresses. The photoshoot took place in her backyard, as well as a nearby park and beach, creating a variety of beautiful backdrops. To bring the scenes to life, we also had stand-ins for the happy couple.
” Thank you so much! The photographs are fantastic! I have been telling everyone how great you were and will continue to refer anyone I know your way”
Tara

Tips For Your Personal Branding Photo Shoot
Ask Yourself These Key Questions
Before booking a personal branding photographer like Georgie Greene, ask yourself these 5 x key questions:
- Do you have a message to convey?
Would you want to appear professional, approachable, creative, or unique? - Do you have some ideas on possible locations?
The location should compliment your business. A sleek office, a creative studio, a café, or an outdoor setting can all shape how your audience perceives you. - Does your brand have specific colours you want to include?
If you have a specific brand colour palette, consider using it in your outfit, background, or props to create consistency across your marketing materials. - Would props enhance your personal brand images?
Items like a laptop, camera, notebook, or product samples can add context to your images and reinforce what you do. - Do you have some ideas on wardrobe choices?
Your outfit should align with your industry and brand. Whether it’s a business suit or a uniform, dress in a way that makes you feel confident and professional.
Additionally, creating a Pinterest theme board can help you visualise your personal branding style. This also allows Georgie Greene to understand your vision, plan the perfect personal brand images, and guide you in refining location, wardrobe and prop choices. With this preparation, you’ll make the most of your personal photo session and achieve the best possible results.
