Georgie does not have a studio but she offers the convenience of visiting your office, home, or preferred location.

Before The Photo Shoot

Georgie will discuss the following with you:

• Location
• Style of headshot – (natural light or a studio look)
• What to wear
• Any questions you may have

During The Photo Shoot

• It’s normal to be nervous at the start
• Georgie has your best interest at heart to create some great shots for you
• The photo shoot duration is approx. 1 x hour
• Georgie will direct you and suggest the right poses

After The Photo Shoot

• Review your proof gallery within 24-48 hours
• Shortlist your favourite images to be retouched
• Any additional images are $60 each
• Your finished images are delivered within 24-48 hours via a link after final payment

The goal of re-touching is to improve the overall look of a headshot or portrait. Therefore, providing the image with a polished and professional look. Moreover, this process involves techniques, like removing spots, smoothing skin, brightening eyes, and whitening teeth. In addition, Georgie ensures that your images remain natural and real throughout the retouching process.

Most people aren’t used to being photographed, so Georgie keeps sessions realistic in length — to help clients stay fresh and look their best.

Individual headshots take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the package.

For company headshots, allow approximately 15-20 minutes per person.

Personal branding and dating photography sessions run from 1 to 2 hours.

Headshots are ready to review via an online gallery the next business day after the photo shoot.

Personal Branding and Dating Photo images are ready to review within 48 hours after the photo shoot.

Once your favourite images have been chosen from the gallery, the final retouched high-res images will be delivered via a secure link within 24-48 hours.

Gift Certificates make a great gift for a friend, colleague or relative who needs a new headshot.

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is only charged once you’ve selected your favourite images from an online gallery.

• After payment is received, your final high-res images will be delivered via a download link.

• You can pay using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Direct Debit.

The photos are provided for both personal, and professional promotion and marketing purpose, spanning across printing (brochures), websites, conferences, and social media.  However, any commercial use of the images, including paid advertising or products, will need written consent from the photographer and will therefore incur additional fees.

Being the copyright owner, Georgie Greene keeps the right to use photos as samples on her website or for marketing purpose while keeping complete anonymity of her clients unless approval has been given.  However, if a client does not want their images used, Georgie fully respects their privacy and will not use their images as per the client’s request.

Rescheduling Policy

It’s easy to reschedule your photo session with a min of 48-hours notice.  However, a $250 rescheduling fee applies if you want to change the booking within 48 hours of the photo shoot or you have already rescheduled more than twice.

Cancellation Policy

The 25% booking fee is kept by the photographer if the client cancels seven days before the photo shoot.

The photographer will be entitled to 50% of the full payment if the client cancels within 7 days but 24 hours before the photo shoot.

The photographer will be entitled to 100% of the full payment if the client cancels 24 hours before the photo shoot.

Depending on what Package for individual headshots you choose:

• Express Headshot – 1 x retouched image
• Professional Headshot – 3 x retouched images
• Mini Branding Headshot – 5 x  retouched images

For Company Headshots there is minimum of 1 x retouched image per person.

Prep Tips Four Outstanding Corporate Headshots

1. Wear well-fitting clothing that you enjoy wearing that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
2. Avoid restrictive outfits as your discomfort will show in the photos.
3. Choose solid colours over busy patterns and logos as they distract from your face.
4. Depending on your skin tone choose neutral colours, mid-tone shades, or darker colours.  BTW the camera isn’t a fan of yellow and burgundy.
5. Modest necklines such as V-necks or crew necks rather than low cut or turtlenecks.
6. Keep accessories minimal

Yes, a professional headshot is absolutely worth it.

A high-quality headshot gives you versatile images you can use on LinkedIn and across your social media, website, marketing materials, and PR.

Generally you don’t need to hire a hair and make-up artist, your normal every day make-up will be fine for the photo shoot.

But if you do want to have professional make up done,  you can book a session at a MECCA store, they are located everywhere in Sydney.  They start at $120.

My service area is a 15K radius from Sydney’s CBD.

Outside the radius I charge travel costs which includes milage.

Plain neutral colours are best that don’t distract from your face. Black, navy blue, grey, white and neutral brown. Avoid burgundy and yellow, as they cast a dull colour on your face making you look unwell.
