At The Shoot

What’s Next
- Invoice – Sent immediately after the shoot for the remaining balance
- Gallery delivery – within 48 hours after final payment
- Shortlist – Pick your favourites and confirm with Georgie
- Extra images – Any beyond the package number are $70 each
- Final delivery – Sent via secure gallery link within 48 hours after confirming the shortlist

Bad Weather
Georgie will be in touch on the day of your shoot and let you know if poor weather requires rescheduling due to unsuitable lighting at no extra charge.
Reschedule
Free rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.
But a $25% fee on the total session fee applies if:
- You reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot or
- You’ve already rescheduled more than twice.
If you request a reschedule but don’t confirm a new date within 7 days – the booking will be treated as cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply instead
Cancellation
- 7+ days before the shoot: Photographer keeps the 25% booking fee.
- Between 24 hours and 7 days before: Photographer receives 50% of the full payment.
- Less than 24 hours before: Photographer receives 100% of the full payment.
