Booking your photo shoot is quick and seamless – simply book directly through Georgie Greene’s website.
Here are the three easy steps:

Rescheduling Policy
It’s easy to reschedule your photo session with a min of 48-hours notice. However, a $250 rescheduling fee applies if you want to change the booking within 48 hours of the photo shoot or you have already rescheduled more than twice.
Cancellation Policy
The 25% booking fee is kept by the photographer if the client cancels seven days before the photo shoot.
The photographer will be entitled to 50% of the full payment if the client cancels within 7 days but 24 hours before the photo shoot.
The photographer will be entitled to 100% of the full payment if the client cancels 24 hours before the photo shoot.

If you live outside Georgie’s service area, you may want to consider travelling within her service area and having an outside photo shoot using natural light. Or maybe you have friends or family within the service area that would be happy for you to use their location for a headshot or personal branding photo shoot.
Georgie can travel outside her service area but additional travel costs may be charged.
Before The Photo Shoot
Georgie does not have a studio but she offers the convenience of visiting your office, home, or preferred location.
Her service area is a 30 min drive from Sydney’s CBD.
If you live outside Georgie’s service area, you may want to consider traveling within the service area and having an outside photo shoot using natural light. Georgie knows a range of great locations to take headshots and dating photos within her service area. Give her call on 0414 679 797 to discuss the options.
Or maybe you have friends or family who live within the service area that would be happy for you to use their location for a headshot or personal branding shoot.
Georgie will call you and discuss the following:

Wear clothing that you enjoy wearing that makes you feel comfortable and confident – it will show in the lens
Avoid badly fitting clothes as your discomfort will show in the photos (try your clothes on before the photo shoot and make sure they fit)
Choose solid colours over busy patterns and loud logos as they distract from your face
Neutral colours are more professional or wear a colour that reflects your eye colour
Modest necklines rather than low cut
Keep accessories minimal
Generally you don’t need to hire a hair and make-up artist, your normal every day make-up will be fine for the photo shoot.
If you want to have professional make up done, book a session at a MECCA store, they are located everywhere in Sydney.
You’ll be surprised at how little space I need to set up my headshot mobile set up at your home, office or preferred location. I only need a space approx. 3m by 4m. My set up easily fits in a standard sitting room if you push the coffee table to one side.
At The Photo Shoot
Most people feel are uneasy or anxious in front of the camera lens.
Unfortunately, sometimes there is no way out of having your photo taken especially if you need a good headshot for work.
Take a look at some advice from Georgie, it should hopefully calm your nerves.
Most people aren’t used to being photographed, so Georgie keeps sessions realistic in length — to help clients stay fresh and look their best.
Individual headshots – 30 to 60 mins
Company headshots – 15 to 20 mins per person
Personal branding – 60 to 90 mins
Dating photography – 60 mins
High-end Sony Camera systems with the ‘Rolls Royce’ of lighting equipment by Profoto. Apple Mac computers and Adobe software do the post-production and retouching. RAW images provide the best possible image quality.
After The Photo Shoot
Georgie will send a final invoice immediately after the photo shoot. After full payment has been received, the proof gallery is then ready to review within 2 x business days.
Once you have made your image choices for retouching, the final images will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Depending on your package, here are the timelines:
- Individual Headshots – 1 x business day
- Company Headshots – 2 x business day
- Personal Branding – 2 x business day
- Dating Photos – 2 x business day
The images are delivered in a secure proof gallery as high res JPEGs.
This depends on the package you choose:
- Express Headshot – 1 x retouched image
- Professional Headshot – 3 x retouched images
- Mini Branding Headshot – 5 x retouched images
- 1 x retouched per person
- Blossom – 10 x edited images
- Thrive – 20 x edited images
- Advantage – 30 x edited images
- Essentials – 8 x edited images
- Signature – 16 x edited images
- Premium – 24 x edited images
Additional images are $60 per image
Your final images are delivered as high res JPEGs via a gallery link. You can also purchase photo prints from the gallery.
The goal of re-touching is to improve the overall look of a headshot or portrait. Therefore, providing the image with a polished and professional look. Moreover, this process involves techniques, like removing spots, smoothing skin, brightening eyes, and whitening teeth. In addition, Georgie ensures that your images remain natural and real throughout the retouching process.
The photos are provided for both personal, and professional promotion and marketing purpose, spanning across printing (brochures), websites, conferences, and social media.
However, any commercial use of the images, including paid advertising or products, will need written consent from the photographer and will therefore incur additional fees.
Under Australian law, the photographer retains the copyright to all images. Clients are licensed by the photographer to use their photos for personal branding, promotional, and marketing purposes.
Georgie Greene may use selected images for her own marketing (such as her website or social media). Client names are never published unless permission is given or the images are part of a cross-promotion.
If you prefer your images not to be used for promotional purposes, simply let Georgie know. Your privacy will always be respected.
Professional photographers don’t supply RAW files to their clients because they are unfinished working files, not final images. Think of them like unedited film negatives, where they require professional processing to look their best.
RAW files are designed to be colour-corrected, retouched, and refined by the photographer to ensure the final images reflect their style, quality, and professional standards. Sharing them with a client would mean the images could be edited in ways that don’t represent the photographer’s work or brand.
Providing only fully edited, high-resolution images ensures you receive polished, consistent results that you can confidently use for your headshots and personal branding needs.
Pricing Information

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking online using a credit card (including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Google Pay). This will secure your spot on Georgie Greene’s schedule. Georgie can also send you an invoice for the deposit if a credit card facility is not available.

The balance is charged immediately after the photo shoot – you can pay with a credit card, PayPal or direct debit
