The Photo Shoot
Most people are not used to being photographed, and it can be tiring. Georgie keeps photo sessions short — 60 to 120 mins (depending on your package) — so you stay fresh in your branding photos.
It’s a collaborative process where Georgie shares her images during the photo shoot to ensure you’re happy with the results. She will cover all the planned shots aiming to give you plenty of variety to choose from.

Your proof gallery is ready to review within 48 hours.

Marriage Celebrant
Tara was launching her own Marriage Celebrant business and needed images for her website. We carefully planned the shots in advance, ensuring she had the right props and a selection of colourful dresses.
The photoshoot took place in her backyard, as well as a nearby park and beach, creating a variety of beautiful backdrops. To bring the scenes to life, we also had stand-ins for the happy couple.

Georgie does not have a studio but she offers the convenience of visiting your office, home, or preferred location.
Before The Photo Shoot
Georgie will discuss the following with you:
- Location
- Style of photos – natural light or studio look
- What to wear
- Any questions you may have
During The Photo Shoot
- It’s normal to be nervous at the start
- Georgie has your best interest at heart to create some great shots for you
- The photo shoot duration is between 60 to 90 mins
- Georgie will direct you and suggest the right poses
After The Photo Shoot
- Review your proof gallery within 24-48 hours
- Shortlist your favourite images to be retouched
- Any additional images are $60 each
- Your finished images are delivered within 24-48 hours via a link after final payment

Unfortunately, sometimes there is no way out of having your photo taken especially if you need a good headshot for work.

The goal of re-touching is to improve the overall look of a headshot or portrait. Therefore, providing the image with a polished and professional look. Moreover, this process involves techniques, like removing spots, smoothing skin, brightening eyes, and whitening teeth. In addition, Georgie ensures that your images remain natural and real throughout the retouching process.
Gift Certificates make a great gift for a friend, colleague or relative who needs a new headshot.
Rescheduling Policy
It’s easy to reschedule your photo session with a min of 48-hours notice. However, a $250 rescheduling fee applies if you want to change the booking within 48 hours of the photo shoot or you have already rescheduled more than twice.
Cancellation Policy
The 25% booking fee is kept by the photographer if the client cancels seven days before the photo shoot.
The photographer will be entitled to 50% of the full payment if the client cancels within 7 days but 24 hours before the photo shoot.
The photographer will be entitled to 100% of the full payment if the client cancels 24 hours before the photo shoot.

- Wear well-fitting clothing that you enjoy wearing that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
- Avoid restrictive outfits as your discomfort will show in the photos.
- Choose solid colours over busy patterns and logos as they distract from your face.
- Depending on your skin tone choose neutral colours, mid-tone shades, or darker colours. BTW the camera isn’t a fan of yellow and burgundy.
- Modest necklines such as V-necks or crew necks rather than low cut or turtlenecks.
- Keep accessories minimal

Generally you don’t need to hire a hair and make-up artist, your normal every day make-up will be fine for the photo shoot.
But if you do want to have professional make up done, you can book a session at a MECCA store, they are located everywhere in Sydney. They start at $120.
Headshots are simple, professional images focused on your face and shoulders for use in formal settings like LinkedIn or company profiles.
Personal Branding Portraits are a broader collection of images that showcase your personality, story, and brand through varied settings, poses, and outfits for use across websites, social media, and marketing materials
My service area is a 15K radius from Sydney’s CBD.
Outside the radius I charge travel costs which includes milage.
