Georgie is available Monday to Saturday and can travel within 30km of Sydney’s CBD. For locations further away, additional travel costs may apply.

To secure your desired session date and time, simply pay a 25% booking fee.

image retouching
Rest assured that Georgie personally handles the retouching process for each image to ensure attention to detail, authenticity and a natural look. You have the freedom to select the photos you’d like re-touched from your private online gallery.
custom prints and canvases
You also have the opportunity to explore a wide range of bespoke photo prints and canvases through our trusted partner, Queensberry. If you decide to share your gallery link, others can conveniently purchase their own custom prints or canvases, with delivery guaranteed within 7 days.
what to wear and make up tips
Choosing dark solid colours and avoiding white, stripes, patterns, or large logos is advisable. Additionally, keeping makeup natural is key, and for hair, washing it the day before can help minimise flyaways. For our male clients, consider using lip balm. Staying properly moisturised and hydrated is crucial.
If you wish, Georgie can hire a makeup/hair artist for an additional cost.
photo shoot length and collaboration
Expect a 30-minute headshot photo shoot and a one-hour portrait photo shoot. Georgie highly values collaboration, enthusiastically sharing ideas, and ensuring a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Moreover, she believes in pre-session conversations or even sharing a cup of tea to ease any potential nerves, and to make you feel comfortable before being in front of the camera.
rescheduling and cancellation
With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, you can easily reschedule your photo session. In case you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the session, a $250 fee applies in addition to the standard fees. If you must cancel:
- 7+ days prior to the first session date: The 25% booking fee is retained.
- Cancellation between 7 days and 24 hours before the first session date: The photographer is entitled to 50% of the fees.
- For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the first session date: The photographer is entitled to 100% of the fees.
usage and copyright
You have permission to use the photos for both personal and professional promotional purposes, encompassing printing, websites, and social media. However, any commercial use requires written consent and additional fees. It is essential to refrain from editing the photos to honour the photographer’s rights. Georgie may utilise photos as samples on her website or for marketing purposes but ensures total anonymity.
