How Long is The Photo Shoot?
Approximately 30-minutes for a headshot and one hour for portrait photoshoots
What To Wear?
Wear something that makes you feel confident but try to avoid stripes, large patterns and logos.
Is Wearing Make-up Necessary?
Staying properly moisturised and hydrated is crucial. Keeping Makeup natural is key. For our male clients, consider using lip balm.
A professional make up and hair artist can be booked at an additional fee
Is A Retouching Service Provided?
If you want to enhance your photos even further, you can opt for professional retouching at just $30 per image.
When Will The Final Images Be Ready?
Within 3 business days of the photo shoot but any re-touched images will take longer.

Is There A Photo Prints Service?

Are There Credit Card Facilities?
We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and direct bank transfers.
Need To Reschedule?
You can easily reschedule your photo session with a minimum of 48 hours notice. But a $250 rescheduling fee applies for bookings changed within 48 hours of the photo shoot.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
7 days cancellation prior to the photo session date: The 25% booking fee is retained.
Cancellation between 7 days and 24 hours before the photo shoot date: The photographer is entitled to 50% of the fees.
For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the photo shoot date: The photographer is entitled to 100% of the fees.
How Can The Images Be Used?
You have permission to use the photos for both personal and professional promotional purposes, encompassing printing, websites, and social media. However, any commercial use requires written consent and additional fees. It is essential to refrain from editing the photos to honour the photographer’s rights. As the copyright owner, Georgie may utilise photos as samples on her website or for marketing purposes but ensures total anonymity and will respect a client’s privacy if requested.
